If you are planning on helping with cleanup on Saturday please note that you can come earlier then stated in the form. They can use volunteers around 2pm if you want to come a bit earlier that will work. Please note once cleanup is over so are volunteer shifts, cleanup may take only a few hours so come early!

SMHA Fundraising Hours Opportunity Rummage Sale 2018
Volunteers are needed to help with the annual Rummage Sale. SMHA has voted to allow our members to work at the Rummage sale and count hours (4 Hours Max) worked toward SMHA fundraising hours.
This is a great opportunity to support our community on behalf of SMHA!
Help is needed starting September 16th for Heavy Set Up, September 17th-20th for Sorting and Small Setup, and September 22rd for Cleanup all at the Agriplex.
Shifts on the 16th-20th are for anytime in the day, stop in for however long you are able to help with, please ensure you have signed in and out of the volunteer log book to have your hours recorded. Cleanup starts at 3pm on the 22nd. Names not recorded in the book with your times will not be used towards volunteer hours.
All SMHA members are invited to take advantage of this opportunity. Midget/Bantam aged players may work the hours on behalf of their families.
