TEAMS & CALENDAR
Hello U9 Parents, Please take the time to read everything in this email as there is a lot of information. We are excited to get teams together and start playing some GAMES!
Teams have been selected and you will see BELOW the attached list and calendar for November. First games are scheduled for Oct 30/21.
Managers will be working on setting up team snap this week, please be patient while we get this going. At least one parent should have this app on their phone as this will be the MAIN communication tool for teams to schedule games, practices, do health checks and availability.

Managers will hand out jerseys Saturday Oct 30 before the games PLEASE ARRIVE 45 MINUTES EARLY to ensure everyone receives one in a timely manner. Please return all jerseys after the game with socks so that managers can assign numbers. They will select a jersey parent from each team to wash jerseys after games. Please only wash in cold water and hang to dry. We will need volunteer for clock & scorekeeping Saturday 815-915 & 915-1015. Please let your managers know if you can help!
Please let your managers know if you are interested in a second AWAY tournament. Second AWAY tournament is optional however if there is interest managers will need to book this right away. The first AWAY tournaments have been scheduled and fees have been paid. If you cannot make the tournament please let managers know ASAP so that we can affiliate other players willing to join/travel. (see details on attached calendar)
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED AFTER TEAM SELECTION & WILL BE COLLECTED BY MANAGERS NO LATER THAN NOV 15:
-$200 volunteer cheque post dated for March 12/22
-$150 cash call for administrative costs, tournaments & extra ice- we will reimburse any leftover following our tournament Feb 18-20.
