Registration NOW OPEN! Development Skates start MONDAY!

SMHA Is pleased to announce that the 2020 season will be starting.
You MUST be registered in order to partake in SMHA development skates. We will be starting skates with Val Norrie on August 31st (U11-U15 Age Groups) Her schedule is attached.
Coaches are needed ASAP. If you are interested please fill in and submit a coach application form. In navigating through AHS guidelines, we will be requiring many coaches this year to attach to teams.
SMHA will be following and adhering to all protocols put in place by Hockey Alberta in the updated Return to Play document and guidelines put in place by the SRC in order to use the facility. Please be familiar with both documents. All links can be found below
Team selections, which were scheduled to take place from September 14-27th, 2020 will be delayed. SMHA Development will continue in age cohorts or like skilled groups until further notice. Formal selections are still TBD. In following the most current Hockey Alberta and AHS guidelines, there will be no exhibition games or competition with other communities prior to November 1st.
More information in regards to U7-U9 will be released closer to October. These age categories don't usually begin until around Thanksgiving - Please Register ASAP so we have numbers for the upcoming season.
