Reminder SMHA hosts tonight

SMHA is hosting another Hockey Alberta Instructional stream course tonight. This is free of charge and will consist of an in-class portion and an on-ice portion. We encourage all coaching staffs that do not already have the course to have a member present. Description and registration link is below.

Developing Defensemen

Specific drills and tools to support defense training. Coaches are introduced to the basic principles of defensive skating, regroup, neutral zone play, defensive zone 1-on-1 play, shooting, and individual breakout skills. The on-ice portion demonstrates drills focusing on these skills.
