We have several families missing proof of residency documents on their HCR profiles.

P.O.R. Documents:

The following is a list of suggested /acceptable P.O.R. documents:

a) Driver’s License for parent or guardian (showing physical address Not Box or RR)

b) School registration at a school in or near the residence for the current year

c) Telephone bill for land line service at residence

d) Cable or Internet bill for service at residence

e) Utility bill for service at residence

f) Lease agreement for residence in parent(s) name(s)

g) Current property tax notice in parent(s) name(s)

h) Homeowner/Renter’s insurance policy for residence

i) Void cheque with residence address

j) Vehicle registration with residence address.

k) Any other documentation which supports your claim to residency at the address
