INTERESTED IN COACHING or MANAGING
Hey U7 Families,
No I do not have our schedule yet. I just wanted to take a moment and provide information to any parents looking to help coach in U7 this year OR if you are interested in managing a team.
The requirements to coach are:
- Coaching Application submitted to SMHA- APPLICATION FORM
- Respect in Sport- Activity Leader. RIS LINK
- Criminal Record Check FORM for Detachment
Additional Certificates that are an asset:
- Coach 1 - This course is Online & In-person. Both Registrations can be found HERE
- Safety Course- ONLINE COURSE Select Safety on the left side
***IF you already have your RIS Activity leader and/or Safety please ensure that they are NOT expired.
Interested in Managing?
Please send me an email if you are interested in managing your players team this year. We will only need 4. I have had a few reach out already this season, I can not promise you will get this position as it will depend how the teams are formed. It is just helpful if I have a list of willing parents, so we have options when teams are being created.
