MEDICAL FORMS and CHEQUES

Hey U7 Families, 

I am missing 14 Medical forms. and 6 Volunteer Cheques. 

I will be at hockey tomorrow night. I usually get there around 540pm. I will stand down at the glass by the stairs. so PLEASE come find me to give me your outstanding forms. These NEED to be handed in ASAP! If you know you won't be there.. or if you need any help getting printed copies or anything please let me know. If you have provided your cheque to another division, that is okay. Just please let me know.
