Release of teams & Schedule
Hey Everyone,
I know everyone is super excited and eager to find out what team our players are on. I am having a hard time getting post Dated cheques and medical forms from some players. If I don't have these I am not able to release our team selections etc. I am Missing 7 Medical forms and 5 cheques.
I know that this is unfair to all the others who have been able to get these to me, but my hands are tied and these are a requirement to play. I have provided many options to get these to me, but I will reiterate them again here for you.
Options to hand them in: Everything is expected by Tuesdays Practice.
-Hand them into Coach Sheldon, he will be there on Tuesday, he is often there early and you can find him in the last dressing room (Zamboni end). He will take the cheques and medical forms.
-Email or text me a picture or document of your completed medical forms. I will print them on my end.
-If you do not have a printer at home or access to one, please let me know and I will send blank forms with Sheldon on Tuesday.
- Drop them off at Rally Rentals between 8am-530pm Monday or Tuesday.
I hope everyone understands, if you aren't sure whether you have completed these. PLEASE just send me a message and I will let you know.
