U9 Tournament
Good day all,
This will hopefully be my last tournament email because it all starts tomorrow!
The players representing SMHA U9 at the Imperials game will be:

Please remember all U9 players and coaches get free admittance to the game tonight. Thank you to everyone that entered the draw. Now that we understand how popular this is, we will work closely with the Imperials next season to give our players more opportunities to interact. The Imperials have been very supportive of our minor hockey program this year and we are thankful to have them in our community.
Our raffle table will be near the elevator. We are sharing the lobby with the Fun Hockey tournament. We are excited to have so much hockey going on this weekend!
There are usually some questions about what exactly you will be doing at your volunteer shift. Please see below for a brief description of what you should expect.

Volunteer Shift Descriptions
Raffle Table Managed By Melissa Muise
- 3 volunteers with Hourly shift change.
Clock/Game Sheets/Heart&Hustle
- Set up the clock- 5 minute warm up, 25 minute halves, 3 minute break between halves. There is an instruction sheet on how to set up the clock in the blue rink
- Play music during warm up. There will be an iPod there or you can use your own Apple device to play age appropriate music
- Game sheets- Have coaches check all their players are listed, cross off any that are absent, have coach sign the sheet before the game. After the game, the ref signs the sheet.
- Major penalties must be recorded on the game sheet.
- There are extra game sheets in the back of the duotang
- Call 403-740-9202 if there are any issues
Moving of Boards
- Done by Coaches
- Must be done first thing Saturday and Sunday Morning before the first game and before and after every Flood and after the Last games of the day.
- Prefer at least 4 people to do.
