Tournament/ Season

Hey everyone.

I am in the process of getting things organized for the tournament. That being said, this all comes with a few things we will need from our U7 families to make our home tournament a success. I will summarize it here with more details to come as we get closer to February 7th.

• TOURNAMENT: As previously mentioned, each family will be responsible for a 80.00 Cash Call to be etransfered to StettlerU7Tournament@outlook.com OR a Raffle table Item Valued at 40.00 or more.  Please let your manager know if you will be E-transfering or Providing a raffle item. The Raffle Item will need to be handed into your manager or myself sooner than later, and if you plan to etransfer please do so ASAP.
  
  
• TOURNAMENT: Running a home tournament requires a fair amount of help. Being part of this team you will be required to volunteer at the tournament. This does NOT count toward your volunteer hours. A Google Sign up sheet will be released closer to, and if you do not sign up, you will be assigned.  In lieu of volunteer time, if someone is willing to volunteer to make door hangers for the tournament, please reach out.

• SEASON: I will be reviewing who is missing medical forms and Volunteer Cheques and your managers will reach out to those who we need them from.
