Hi Everyone!
We have been busy planning and organizing things for our home tournament. Below you will find a link for the tournament schedule as well as the volunteer sign up link. With hosting this tournament comes a need for volunteers to help things run smoothly. This tournament will be shared with the U7 division. In saying that, the only thing being shared for this tournament is the raffle table and the volunteer sign up sheet. This sign up sheet is first come first serve and will be released to the U7 parents at the same time. If you have your eye on a spot please don't hesitate to sign up as it may fill up quickly. As previously mentioned, we need every family to sign up to help with one volunteer spot. If you have a child in U7 & U9 you are only required to sign up for one volunteer spot. These time slots are 1 hour long and most of these spots have multiple spots for volunteers. We will have everything organized and instructions for things to run effectively. Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
We will also have a photographer at the tournament. If your team decides to collectively participate please send her payment before the tournament as one e-transfer, otherwise pay individually. More information from Melanie is below.

Hello everyone,
My name is Melanie, with Roaming Vaquera Photography, and I'm thrilled to share that I will be attending the U7 hockey tournament on February 7th as the event photographer! I'm very excited to capture the energy and fun of the day and to offer high-resolution action photos of all players.
This service was extremely popular at tournaments last year, and I'm happy to make it available again for your team.
How It Works
To participate, please sign up in advance by providing:
* Your child's name
* Their jersey number
* Your email address
The fee is $15 per child, which includes a minimum of three photos though in past tournaments, most families received many more. With prepayment, you will have full access to the online gallery to choose your favorite images. Your selected photos will be delivered to you in high resolution, perfect for printing or sharing on social media.
