Volunteers Needed for Covid-19 Screening Check List

Hello Parents,

We will continue to have players and parents sign-in upon arrival at the arena for each ice time.  We are looking for people to volunteer to do this.  You will get 0.5 hours of your 8 volunteer hours needed for the season for each time you do this.  We have attached a google doc with dates until the end of November for when we are on the ice and need volunteers to run the sign-in sheet.  Please open the link and type in your name for the dates you would like to do.  If you can't get the link to work, please let Nicole know, and she will enter it in for you.  This is the link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1d8pDuTko1KXS0LPfzlXG3g-LwVQWw-Swv8l_0TBsybQ/edit?usp=sharing. There may not be ice time on November 11, 2020, but it is currently on the list for now.

We have also attached the sign-in sheets to be used for Group #1 and Group #2.  Covid-19 Screening Check List Group #1 & Covid-19 Screening Check List Group #2. Please print one off and bring it to the arena for on the days you are taking care of sign-in.  Just check off the players that are there, cross off the players that are not there, and either you can write the parent/guardian name in, or have the parent/guardian do it themselves.  Once it has been filled out, you can take a picture of the list, and hand in the sheet to front desk at SRC.
