Hi U7 Families,

Just have some more housekeeping items to touch base on:

COACHES: We appreciate everyone who is volunteering their time, I just want to make sure if you have committed to coaching you still need to submit a coaching application, which I will attach here Coaching Form. If you have submitted a coaching application, and are intending to help on the ice or bench this season please ensure you have your Respect in sport Activity leader. You will not be allowed on the bench/ice until complete, this is due to insurance. In addition, a criminal record check is needed, I will attach the form here Criminal Record Check Form, please forward that to admin@stettlerminorhockey.com once completed.

VOLUNTEER HOURS: Reminder that SMHA collects a $200 fundraising cheque per family (post-dated March 31st). If volunteer hours are completed by end of the season, the cheque will not be cashed. If you have submitted your cheque, thank you, if not please bring them to me.

MEDICAL FORMS: Thank you to everyone who has brought me their forms! For those who have not yet sent them to me, I have linked here MEDICAL FORM LINK and plan on bringing some blank forms to practices. You can email this back to me, or provide it in person. If the link doesn't work it can also be found on the SMHA website under forms.

EQUIPMENT: Please put your child's name of their stick and/or something that they can easily identify as their own. This makes taking home the wrong stick and/or grabbing the wrong stick while on the ice less likely.

MISSING ITEMS: (pictures attached below)

Mission left handed stick from the U9 group was grabbed tonight before their practice. If you came home with an extra stick, please touch base with me as the U9's don't typically practice on the same night.
Right handed glove was left on the bench, can everyone check their bags to see if they came home with an extra glove
