Hi U11 Families!
I hope tiering is going well so far. Thanks to our amazing managers for making this season run so smoothly so far! I want to let everyone know a few details so far regarding our home tournament in January. We are looking forward to hosting this tournament and want to make it a great success.
Raffle Table Contribution:
We are asking that all families contribute to our raffle table. This can be done financially through a $20 cash call to your team's manager, or by donating a raffle table item. Payment can be given to your manager and raffle items can be arranged to be dropped off to your manager or myself by sending me a quick email to u11director@stettlerminorhockey.com to arrange drop off. Please have these items handed in to me by December 1.
Tournament Sponsors:
There is a large financial undertaking with a tournament. Our goal is to try and recoup the costs involved in registering your teams in their away tournaments. If you are so inclined to support our tournament through sponsorship your generosity would be so appreciated and will be recognized on a poster through the weekend. You are welcome to make a financial contribution to Stettler U11 tournament no later than December 1, and allocate where you would like your funds to go. Areas still looking for sponsorship are:
-MVP/Heart & Hustle Awards
-Medal sponsors
-Swag bags
-The meeting room rental fees (Saturday hang out area and meeting point for teams and families that can be booked via signup sheet)
Volunteer Schedule
There will be a volunteer schedule that will be sent out in December to fill all of the vacant volunteer positions such as penalty boxes, scorekeeping, penalty boxes, raffle table etc.
Thank you all for your help in making this tournament a success! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
Thanks,
Halle Vanderlee
