2019-2020 SMHA Parent Survey
We ask that all members take the time to evaluate the coaching staffs that they were involved with this season.
The surveys are reviewed by the President and Vice-President of Development ONLY, information collected will remain anonymous
The information collected is used to assist SMHA with improving on our coaches strengths and weaknesses, provide and develop future workshops/seminars to improve coaches, identify coaches worthy of moving up or into head coach roles and ultimately assist with future coach selections.
Please provide as much detail as possible so that rankings can be better understood regarding an individuals strength and weaknesses.
It is very important that ALL members complete the survey for each of their childrens applicable team(s). Information gathered through the surveys will be used to help frame discussions with the head coach and assistant coaches as part of Stettler Minor Hockey Associations exit interview process which was introduced last season. These interviews will not be done in person this season due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are currently facing.
All surveys MUST be completed by April 9th so the information collected can be used in the SMHA Exit Interviews.
