As the 2024-25 season draws to a close, we would like to thank all of our families for your continued support.
What a great end of a year with fans cheering in the stands and supporting all of our teams.
As we have done in prior seasons attached is a link and information regarding end of season reviews, we ask that you complete 1 for each SMHA Team you belonged to this season. Please note without feedback we do not know what could be improved or what our strengths are.
Please complete prior to April 15th, so there is time to review before we meet with each coaching staff to end the season.
2024-2025 SMHA SEASON REVIEW
We ask that all members take the time to evaluate the coaching staff/team managers that they were involved with this season. The surveys are reviewed by the President and Vice-President of Development ONLY, information collected will remain anonymous
The information collected is used to assist SMHA with improving on our coaches strengths and weaknesses, provide and develop future workshops/seminars to improve coaches, identify coaches worthy of moving up or into head coach roles and ultimately assist with future coach selections.
Please provide as much detail as possible so that rankings can be better understood regarding an individuals strength and weaknesses.
It is very important that ALL members complete the survey for each of their childrens applicable team(s). Information gathered through the surveys will be used to help frame discussions with the head coach and assistant coaches as part of Stettler Minor Hockey Associations exit interview process which was introduced last season.
All surveys MUST be completed by April 15th so the information collected can be used in the SMHA Exit Interviews.
