Hi Team Parents,

I’m excited to share that the hockey photo galleries are now ready! Thank you all for your support and enthusiasm — I loved capturing the players at the tournament.

I’ve set the galleries up so that both families who pre-ordered and those who did not can easily access and receive their photos. Please read the instructions below carefully:

? If You Pre-Ordered Photos

1. Go into the gallery and select all photos you would like of your child.
2. Add them to your cart.
3. At checkout, please select e-transfer as your payment method.
• You do NOT need to send payment again. This option simply allows the gallery to recognize that you have already prepaid.
4. Use the same name and email address you originally signed up with.

This helps me quickly track and confirm your preorder payment and send your photos without delay.

📸 If You Did NOT Pre-Order But Would Like Photos

• The fee is $15 per player.
• Please send your e-transfer to:
  roamingvaqueraphotos@gmail.com
• This fee gives you an unlimited number of photos of your child from the gallery.

When sending your e-transfer, please include:

• Your child’s name
• Your child’s jersey number
• The email address used on the photo order

Please make sure these details match your gallery order so I can process and deliver your photos right away.

All images are delivered in high resolution, and you are welcome to use them for both social media and printing.
