Hi Everyone,
A few updates, I am working away at getting some tournaments booked for our teams-if I am slow to reply I apologize I have been getting a lot of email to sort through and trying to schedule. :)
Soon as I have those tournaments booked I will be sure to share them with you all. Now for the schedule updates.
October 9th (GROUP 1)- 5pm-6pm
October 10th (GROUP 2)- 9:15am-10:15am
December 4th (Group 1)-5pm-6pm
December 5th (GROUP 2)- 9:15am-10:15am
Team selection will be happening, but in the meantime if there are any kids that need to be on the same team if you could please email me the names of the children and we will do our best to make sure they are on the same team.
If you haven't yet- Please email me your MEDICAL FORM LINK or you can give them to me in person (I am the lady who always carries around a laptop). I also need volunteer cheques from quite a few families. (these need to be post dated to March 31, 2027 for $200 :))
Bacon sales vs. volunteer hours: Our Bacon fundraiser is currently live! Everyone should have seen the email from SMHA. Bacon sales are always a great success for our association and a super easy way to get all of your volunteer hours completed! (Sell 7 boxes and half of your hours are covered, sell 13 boxes and your hours are complete) Let me know if you did not receive the email or need help setting up your account. The deadline for orders is Thursday October 22nd. Bacon Fundraiser Link (Ensure your child/player is added to your account so that orders can be properly tracked. All hockey families require a minimum of 8 volunteer hours throughout the season.)
